Tallus Android UPnP device Finder is a free Android application that will list the available UPnP devices on your Local Area Network. It does not provide any control over those UPnP devices, but you can expect more applications coming for that...

Installation

Since this application will not initially be available on The Market, you might need to follow instructions like these:

Alternatively, there seem to be a bunch of Android applications like AppsInstaller which makes it even easier...
