From your sage.properties, the server is on 9250, you have an extender on 9260 and the SageTCPServer logging is turned off... Then the sageclient.properties is also trying to use 9250 for the server's UI and there should not be an entry for an extender at 9260 (of course that was just a copy & paste, but)...

So of course with MLSageTV trying to connect to 9252, there is nothing to connect to...

For the settings, the version of SageTCPServer is shown as 0.0, which means it's not actually connected...

For the client, have you shutdown SageTV and its service, then edited the sageclient.properties to read:

sageTCPServer/clients=local.9252

Then restarted the SageTV service mode and it's UI? Otherwise, there is no client to control...

Once it's done, and you've restarted MLServer, please zip up and attach your updated MLServer\Logs\MLSageTV.log, SageTV\SageTV\sage.properties, SageTV\SageTV\sageclient.properties, SageTV\SageTV\sagetv_0.txt and SageTV\SageTV\sagetvclient_0.txt.

Ok, first thing, you have the port 9252 defined twice... So stop SageTV and its service, then edit sageclient.properties to read:

sageTCPServer/clients=local.9251

Second, you have MLSageTV trying to connect twice to 9252

Code:
9/03/2010 7:03:03 PM: Creating a new TCP client with: anrsystemsserve:9252
9/03/2010 7:03:03 PM: Adding all the devices...
9/03/2010 7:03:03 PM: Creating a new TCP client with: anrsystemsserve:9252

and no attempt to connect to the Server at 9250, so yeah, you're not getting any data... You did connect to 9252, but with the double definition, not sure what kind of result that got you...

Good!

Well, there is no built-in guide as such, it relies on TVLobby for that... I just don't have the Flash expertise to reproduce that part myself.

No, that is what the SageTV client/extender are for. Typically the MainLobby clients are displayed on a small touchscreen, so you wouldn't want to watch your TV show there.

If you can't get the MainLobby client to contact the MainLobby server, that would be a question for the Cinemar forums... Maybe your firewall is blocking access to the required ports? Have you installed the MLSageTV UI on that remote PC?

Good.

Sure, if you look at the bottom-right corner, there is a Watch button, and over it are the recording job options: M = Manual (i.e. only one time), 1 = First run (i.e. new episodes only) or A = All (First run + reruns) buttons.

In TVLobby, the Watch button can be configured to send a command, but it might be easier to just press M, go back to the main page and hit "Watch Live TV".
